Mathias's Pizza 0-Kiss Me Now!!

This is a tutorial teaching you how to make pizzas. The french way. haha.. It's really simple and interesting as you can try out a variety of tastes by simply including different ingredients.

So how it all started?? Mathias, my colleague who lives 3 doors away from me, invited me over for dinner with him yesterday. Said he was making a pizza, and out of curiousity, I went over early to observe how the pizza was made. It's interesting.

It all started with a layer of foundation, it's called Paté, somewhat mixture of flour and sugar and its ready made and you can get it here in the supermarket. Unroll it and place it in a pan as shown. Pour in some ketchup covering the whole area equally.

Next, put in whatever meat you like, in this case, it's gonna be pork. Don't ask me why, i'm not the one making the pizza. By the way, slices of salmon for instance might taste good too.
Again, top it with some Ketchup. Then, you'll have to prepare some green pepper slices and lay them above the pizza like this.

Now, cut some cheese slices, and cover on top of the green pepper.

Oh and I forget to mention, you should cook some minced meat before you start laying down the layers of your pizza. You know, it'll taste better if you could add some minced meat to the top of your pizza after the cheese as shown.

Finally you are almost done! Now, roll down the edge of the paté so that it forms a crust and covers the side of the pizza completely. You can even put in some cheese slices and roll them inside the crust.

Now, you can cover the very top of your pizza with slices of cheese.

Here, it is made manually, but you can often get these cheese slices in the supermarket too. They come in a packet and its really handy not only for making pizza but even cakes.

Finally the pizza is ready for baking!!
Lock it in an oven for 15 minutes or so, depending on how thick your pizza is.
And voila!!! It's done!! Simple yeah? And if you do it the right way, it might turn out even better than any other pizzas you get outside!!

If you are adventurous enough, start making your very own flavoured pizzas!!

Bon apetit!!
