Day 8-Cooking 1-Anymore Kisses?

So it's day 8 here in France. Am starting to get used to the life here, the cold weather and everything else aren't as strange as before anymore. The fear of living in a land where no one can understand you gets smaller as courage grows yearning for survival.

Even my fingers are getting use to the strange keyboard they have here. Their keys positioning seems to defy the ease for typing english, to have a fullstop, you need to click the shift. I wonder. Yet i can type as fast as before now with minimal typo error. Well, it means something doesn't it?

And i'm getting used to the food here as well. Learning to cook some simple meals for myself. After all, if it burns, no one's gonna taste it other than me myself.

Made a simple breakfast yesterday, sausages and egg, typical.

And today, I had some pasta for dinner. Happy that it didn't burn.

Actually its really simple to cook meals like this, buy a ready made pack of pasta, some hams, hotdogs and eggs, and throw them all in the pan for few minutes and voila!! It's cooked!!

But I wonder if I would be able to take this pasta for 6 months here? maybe i should start getting some ingrediants and start cooking for real. Then perhaps I can cook something like sweet and sour ham(cause there's no raw pork here, everything is preprocessed).

Still maintaining my daily routine of washing up, work, home, blog, documentations, bible, sleep. Interesting life eh?? Haha..

Was talking to an indonesian friend today, he asked if I would join him for Gym after work, i know I should, but kinda lazy, so i said maybe some other day. Typical me.

I ought to socialise more with people here i know. But laziness kicks in, well, some other day perhaps.

Also, I'm gonna hang out with some colleagues in the pub sometime this week. Life is getting better i guess.

On another note, the Mcdonalds in Paris, ought to be the most busy one I've ever seen. Usually, McD in Msia have only a maximum of 6 counters with only 2 open yeah? Look at this, fully pack, there are so many counters i guess it would be more than 15!! All in one row!!

Amazing!!
